By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our products are intended for adult use.
FIXMYLE products are cosmetic oral-care products designed to support fresh breath and a daily oral-care routine. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have persistent bad breath, pain or any other concern about your oral health, please see a dentist or doctor.
Always read the label and instructions before use. Keep out of reach of children. Stop using a product if you experience irritation, and seek advice if it continues.
We do our best to show product colours, images and descriptions accurately, but slight differences may occur. Results and experiences can vary from person to person.
Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include card payments, Apple Pay and cash on delivery. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel the order for a full refund.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is a pricing error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, opened oral-care products can only be returned if they are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.
Promotions, free gifts, account credit and vouchers are subject to the conditions shown with the offer, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and may expire. We may end or change an offer at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed. Credit linked to an order may be cancelled if that order is refunded.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Please tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
If you send us reviews, comments or other content, you confirm it is honest and your own, and you allow us to use it on our website and marketing. We may remove content that is misleading, offensive or unlawful.
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to access it without permission, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The FIXMYLE name, logo, designs, text, images and other content on this website belong to FIXMYLE or its licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
